i had a chargeoff with nextcard about 4 years ago. they agreed to a settlement of a certain amount. now 4 years later it is showing up on my credit report that i still owe them money.. what kinda of ripoff people are they. i know that they went belly up because of the way they conducted business but enough is enough.. please can anyone help me with this . i need to get this off my credit report. i am trying to buy a home and it is not helping me.. thanks
