I used to have a credit card from nextcard/mastertrust and just found out that I still have a balance on my credit report showing up, even though the account was closed years ago. The telephone number just asks for your credit card number and doesn't offer to send you to a customer service rep to try and get the balance off my credit report. Does anyone know how to clear my credit report of this balance
