When you search for a part on google shopping and are directed to this website, it says " Next Day Delivery  Shipping until 8pm ". After adding the item to the cart and going to the checkout page there is an option for "Fedex 1-2 day delivery" or "UPS" . Most people would assume this means what it says... order before 8pm and choose 1-2 day option and receive the item by the estimated delivery date shown on the checkout page.

On april 9th at 5pm the Fedex option showed an estimated delivery of april 11 . The UPS option is a bit cheaper but shows no estimated delivery date. I needed the part by the morning of april 14 so I paid more and opted for the Fedex 1-2 day with the estimated delivery of april 11. Their web page said said next day delivery and shipping until 8pm so I went ahead and placed the order.

I did not receive an email confirmation of my order.

The receipt I printed has no record of shipping options or estimated delivery date.

They did NOT ship the order until over 24 hours after I placed it .

They did NOT ship the item in the more expensive faster method that i opted for and PAID for.

They did NOT even use the same carrier I selected.

After receiving a tracking number for UPS instead of Fedex that also shows expected delivery on April 15 which is 4 days later than the delivery date shown when I paid for the item , I called to find out why they did not use the shipping method I opted for and paid for. Their response was that "maybe fedex showed up early and they had to use ups instead". It says shipping until 8pm and I ordered at 5pm and they took over a day to ship it , so how could they miss Fedex twice in the 26 hours it took to ship the item?

I then told them that I ordered the part from them because their site claimed "next day delivery " and I needed the part before april 14 and I was supposed to receive it the 11th. Also that I payed more for the faster option and they shipped it in the slower , cheaper way without refunding the difference .

The customer service representative refused to do anything about it , all he said was that he would pass my concerns on to another department which did not call me back. He also would not refund the difference in the shipping price.

Every statement on this site is a lie. They didnt ship same day on orders placed before 8pm , there was no "next day " delivery , the item did not show up by the expected delivery date , and they cheated me on shipping and didnt even use the same carrier I selected.
