Joey & Tom Haji are two truck owners whoare not only unethical people, but rin an unethical business.  Click the link  below to hear a phone conversation betwenn myself and Joey. In it you will hear Joey promise to pay me what he owes me in salary. But to this day has not.

It all started back in late June 2011, when I started driving his truck which was leased to Panther Expedite. I was not making anything on Panther loads, and was constantly sitting. A load to Pa. that drops off in NY would end up taking 3 days, Im paid by miles so when the loads take three days ...... Im screwed.  It just wasnt working so I tlod Joey that I wanted out and would return his truck and trailer to Ohio.  After a few days of waiting for an Ohio load, Joey calls meand said he had a couple driving to NJ to pick truck up.  I would not need to make the Ohio trip. Joey told me the couple would call me when they arrived at truck and I was to bring them the keys.  I stated several times "Please be sure my check is in the bank "   Thursdays are pay day normally and the couple arrives Fri but still my 1200.00 is not there. I told Joey  when I get my money , They can have the keys. I told him my kids needed school clothes and supplies and all I wanted was my check. I didnt want to get screwed. He swore it was deposited earlier that day and the direct deposit would post in a few hours. He begged me to give up the keys because they had an urgent load they needed to get to.  Me being a nice guy gave up the keys. Now the pig wont even answer the phone for me.

Joey and his uncle started this make shift so called business in March. Not expected to last to long.  Drivers Beware!!!!  They are unprofessional. unethical , low life scum who will lie to your face and screw you bad.  Their paper work is fabricated, and they are just both wanna be's that will never be. I will be loading up the pdf's ASAP for all the world to see. Dont drve for them   trust me  you will regret it

The Truth about NextGen Detroit....

AUTHOR: NextGen - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 14, 2012

I am writing in response to the FALSE accusations against NextGen Detroit by Mr. Scott Brazinski.  It seems that Mr. Brazinski has left out some key information from his erroneous story.  The fact of the matter is that Mr. Brazinski owes NextGen Detroit several thousands of dollars for his unprofessional actions as a truck driver, which will be a permanent black mark on his record.

Mr. Brazinski started with NextGen the week of July 10, 2011 where he attended orientation in Seville, Ohio.  NextGen was kind enough, as we do with all of our driver candidates, to pay for Mr. Brazinski's travel, hotel, and orientation fees, which totaled in excess of $700.  During orientation, it was conveyed to Mr. Brazinski the Code of Conduct of our truck drivers, especially the importance of communication and having a working cell phone.  After working only a couple weeks of poor performance, Mr. Brazinski violated that Code.

During the weeks of July 31 and August 7, Mr. Brazinski went AWOL.  Several attempts were made by NextGen and our Carrier to contact Mr. Brazinski during those 2 weeks and it was only until we contacted the Highway Patrol when Mr. Brazinski's MOTHER contacted us on his behalf.  She made up a lie for her COWARDLY son and it was later found that Mr. Brazinski was attending some of his son's football games.  That's right, wasting NextGen's fuel, time, and carrier fees so he could enjoy himself for 2 WEEKS.

NO work was performed during that time, but Mr. Brazinski felt he needed to get paid or we wouldn't get our truck back.  Unfortunately, we regret that we had to use the same tactics on Mr. Brazinski as he did on us, but we had already lost several thousands of dollars in revenue and fuel costs. We were not a large fleet at the time (5 trucks) and could not afford to be BLACKMAILED by Mr. Brazinski.

Our Carrier stands behind us and continues to give us business.  Our Fleet has grown to 13 trucks during the 6 months of this incident, which is a testiment of the CHARACTER and COMMITTMENT of NextGen Detroit -- obvious qualities that Mr. Brazinski is lacking.
