Salesman Lied

 We didn't like how the listing was presented. All they did was to take their old product listing for parts and accesories and use it. When we questioned why the 'COMPARE" and "SAVE LISTNG" and "CALL for PRICE" button were listed I was assured that changes were comng. We waited and waited and waited and waited.

We trusted the company to make the changes. We shouldn't have listened to the salesman and signed up ahead of time. Still is a third rate listing.

NextTruck has been in business since 2004 and never had any complaints of this nature filed against the company. This particular customer signed and submitted a contract with NextTruck in the amount of $299 for one year's advertising (less than $25 per month). The advertising package included listings in an industry services section of our website and a company profile page to highlight the company, contact information, and link back to a company website. NextTruck delivered all of these services as outlined in the contract and requested payment for services rendered.

The customer denied signing the contract and refused to pay for the service. Several attempts were made to contact and work with the customer, and he refused to co-operate and continuously denied signing the contract even after receiving a copy with his own signature.The customer was then  turned over to a collections agency for non-payment.  This is an unfortunate case of someone who does not wish to pay their bills and is trying to tarnish the image of a reputable company.  We can be contact at (866) 783-5137 and can supply hundreds of references of satified customers upon request.
