I purchase the cats meow play toy on July 3 and I wanted to return it because (1) the price was supposed to be 19.99 and get one free, but they charged my credit card the amount of $71.78; and (2) the friends I was going to give the toys to, have resettled overseas. But when I tried to reach these people, I could not. Their website has no address, telephone number, or website to contact them. I believe those people are rip offs. I am stuck with those toys and I don't have a cat. Plesase help, thank you
