I bought this faucet back in April off Ebay. It was sold as new, but was a refurbish faucet that had been repair, but still didn't work. The seller put me off at first. I then gave him bad feedback. He then said he'd replace it ONLY if I changed the feedback. I then said the problem was resolved, I had to mail the item back to him. Then he put me off for months, saying it was being fixed in China. Now he isn't responding to me at all. So this member, not only sold refurbished goods as new (others have also complained him doing this), but he had me mail the item back, change the feedback and stole it. His "guarantee" is mail order fraud.
In short, we paid for the item, we never got and paid to return it to him and paid 2 plumbers about $200 to try and install it and have been inconvenienced with no bathroom faucet for about 6 months thanks to this lying thief.
