As everone else has stated I am even embarrassed to say I fell for this. My wife and I went to Cancun in October of 2007. We were approached to take a tour and get free tickets. At that time we were roped into the grand investment deal this could be for us. So we bit hook line and sinker. Today we are still paying this off but everywhere I look it seems that nothing will help us. I called Bank of America and they basically siad too bad it's a loan that we agreed to, so we are obligated to pay. I would expect a company like Bank of America and RIC to pull its support from a company like NH after pulling something like this.
Also beware of Bobby Rudd from VIP timehare sales. Another scam artist.
If there is anyone who can help with this please help.

Krystal Timeshare Scam
AUTHOR: RobMad - ()
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, January 08, 2014
According to PROFECO (Consumer’s Protection Agency in Mexico), Timeshares are the Industry they receive more complaints about, and Krystal is one of the most problematic resorts, being that the Company doesn’t respect the timeshare regulations established in Mexico. They have a club called KIVC (Krystal International Vacation Club). On their website, they claim to be one of the best known and loved resorts in Mexico, despite all the complaints filed against them.
