Got my first refund... thank God.. $29 + $18. I thought i was in the clear, charged another $29 the next month. I had another credit card number issued after that... still fighting to get my $29 back because it caused an over draft on my credit card.

I was told this job would pay $12 per hour... clearly it dont.. i was lied to right off the bat! Then later told i was going to be paid per sale! Called 1-800-720-5055 and was told the refund would be in 30 days... well it wasnt, i called them again and the lady said i wasnt told that.... YOU THINK IM LYING?

It is my money i know what they said i wrote down the dates and waited 30 days. Then the lady said all i could is write them. i asked for the main offices phone number and she refused to give it to me! I told her i was going to call her everyday till i get the refund.... she then threated to sue me for harassment!

What? Your the theif! I told her that too. I told her that she works for a company that steals from people looking for an honest way to make money. I asked her how she could sleep at night? She claimed it was easy because she didnt actually take the money out of my account.

Anyone ever heard of accessory to crime!

I reported them to the Federal trade Commision and BBB today. I did find their office number on the bbb so i will call tomarrow and get threatened for harrasment again till i end up in jail over $29 and a bill of overcharges on my credit card. Yall come and see me!

Ways to make them stop

The best thing to do in this situation is to report them to the BBB located in the same town as their home office. Also report them to the Federal Trade Comission, and your states Attorney General. The more people that speak out when they are lied to or taken advantage of the better. There are laws, both federal and state laws that govern these companies and their business practices. Especially when they are taking money from your bank account when you have told them to stop. Be certain that you document everything that is said to you and dates and times of phone conversations. They know that they are breaking the law so they are very careful about what is said in e-mail but make sure that you keep those too.

Stay calm and learn from what you have experienced. Before you know it all the money that is owed to you will be back where it belongs.

Remember, if they ask YOU for money it's not a job it's a sale and that makes you a consumer not an employee.

I worked for ASI (NHCD) and it is not a scam. I am really tired of people coming on here and bashing the company. This company is the only company that pays you to stay at home with your family, allows you the flexibility you need and allows you access to the outside world. The only reason that I stopped working for ASI was because of summer vacation with the kids and we have a lot of family trips planned. Starting in September when the boys go back to school, I will be right back with ASI. They may not pay $500.00 a week but like I said, you get paid to stay at home with your family. I have worked for Alpine Access (which requires complete silence and strick adherance to your schedule), telemarketing companies (again quiet work environment), medical transcription (again quiet work environment and strick turn around times) and many others. If you are looking for a job that is as flexible as you have to be as a stay at home mother, ASI is the place to work. But dont think that you can sit at home and get paid. You must make your calls in order to make money. And dont expect to get paid the way you would with any other job outside the home. If you want the best of both you need to give a little too. Please stop bashing. This company is the best thing that has happened to a lot of stay at home moms.

Fight them tooth and nail! From now on before i even consider putting money in something i will come here to ripoffreport!

I just want this person to know they are not alone, I have been trying too get my money back for nearly one year now and they owe me up too $868.00 and I am just now filing a lawsuit against them in small claims court and looking into starting an Civil Action Lawsuite against them and get this company closed for good.

Do not give up and if you are interested in joining the civil action suite let me know.
