#17 UPDATE EX-employee responds

WHY DOES NHCD USE THIS SITE AS A SELF PROMOTION OF THEIR EMPLOYEES

AUTHOR: Cyndie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 08, 2004

Dear Don,

Back at you thanks for finally feeling I did nothing wrong.Yet both you and John fail to response to the issue.

This is a company that takes care of the money makers yet it is us that give you the income that we would not see for a long time yet you both see no wrong with this.

This company has many bad seeds and nothing is done to them.

To John can you answer why it takes so long to hear from sales to advance and why on the company web site it only shows top management income.

I am not going to rehash this nightmare. This site is not to be used to promote the few that are making money and they are few.

I have been very honest and truthful with everything I have said.I never wanted more then I would expect from a job that I gave it my all and I never wanted more than to be paid accordingly.I never expected to be lied to and given a false hope that as a single parent that I could stay home and make a living.

This company preys on people with alot of B.S , a alot of broken promises and false hopes that if you keep giving you will see that in the end.

You don't have the support of your lead manager nor your recuiting manager unless you move within their field. As it is more income to them.

Don as I have said before you tried and I thank you but it was not going to happen ever as growth and a income to match time and effort would always fall short.

It's not what you do for this company but who has your back and that is also profiting from your efforts .That is how you make money with this company.

Don't like it quit and they have your money and they call you lazy when the truth be known you are no longer useful to the top money earners. They don't like top producers that question anything. You will be out before you know why and John stated it is not a get rich company but it makes my wonder how much does it take for him to live on ,but in my world it is more then $100.00 a week for more than 40 hours and that is before they f..k you with charge backs.

This company is not the place to grow and make a honest income NEVER PAY FOR A JOB!!!

Don Butler is still in the Sales Dept.

AUTHOR: Don - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 07, 2004

I actually work the Sales Dept. on the one-step plan. Which means I don't receive leads from the company, rather I sign up individuals who had applied via my personal website. Reason I choose to work the Sales in this manner, is because I just don't have the time to work full-time in both departments.

Cindie, John Rausch is a very respected Sales Manager, and rightly so. I appreciate the things you have said about me, yet, to post negative comments in regard to John, is innappropriate.

He certainly knows the company, and performs his job very well!

If anyone knows the ins and outs of this company, it would be him!

Cyndie, you were certainly a great rep. I only wish things would have been different for you, as I had told you in the past. I would have certainly loved working with you.

Take Care and I hope things are going well for you!

John ,Your REBUTTAL SHOWS IT IS A SCAM

AUTHOR: Cyndie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, August 30, 2004

Dear John,

What is your point.Don Butler felt the need to go to add sales to his many demands as a manager in recuiting to add to his income yet as you state he changed his mind.Wonder why!!!

There is only 10 people making money in sales. You are never called to grow with this company.I stand corrected if you stay in leads and recruiting yes you can scam more people but very limited to income.

You also state it is not a get rich company.Did you read your e-mail also stating there are scam out there.(HELLO)

Your response to this site only confirmed what everyone has experiencd with this company .Thanks for confirming what I have stated before.NO GROWTH,NO INCOME AND to add to this now WE SCREW WITHIN .Can't thank you enough you put it out there.

Also change your site on (working from home parents.com) to state changes as that birth of that child is now in college. As you have not have never made changes in months. Can I say anymore.Must make your family proud that you have been dishonest ,lied and will screw people with thoughts that they were your friends.

Don Bulter is a great guy but he is limited to changed a bunch of bad seeds .I wish him well.

You did more harm than good but thanks again for making no sense and showing that growth and lets screw a nice guy a way of this company.I couldn't have said it better.

Tell the truth you will make over 4000 calls and maybe have 30 leads after over 40 + hours for the 5 weeks they ask of you and you will be only paid for 3 leads at less then $3.00 ( after charge backs)I am sure if you stated that to them how many would jump on .

But John as you stated it is not a get rich company and I will give credit for the one time you are honest. You are a prize.I am glad you have made your income but at the expense of others. Many of us have morals and would never hurt people who considers us friends.
THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!!

Let's talk about work and about work from home opportunities!

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, August 27, 2004

My name is John Rauch, an independent contractor for NHCD for 3 years now. I am working comfortably from my home now, and wanted to let everyone know Don Butler is an excellent guy! I was his "boss" or "manager" the couple of week's he decided to try sales out. A "work" at home job, is just that--work at home. There are plenty of "get rich quick" schemes out there. Do any of them work?

National Health Care Discount is a legitimate company, and a legitimate opportunity to WORK from home. It is not a get rich quick opportunity. There is no such opportunity.

Is anyone else dizzy?

AUTHOR: Pat - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 24, 2004

Savannah,

Let me preface this by saying that I do not know anyone who has posted on this, or any other NHCD reports on this site. Nor do I know anything about NHCD. My comments are based solely on the information contained in this particular report.

I must say that in the last 3 days you have gone from one end of the spectrum to the other. I'm dizzy just from reading it. You went from no, to yes, to no, and then finally back to yes, all in the span of 3 days.

If Cyndie is correct, and you need to make 4000 calls per week to just get your money back, then I'm afraid that my opinion is you are not going to do well in this. I also agree with her that you should never have to pay for a job.

However, if you do decide to give this a go, then by all means I wish you well. But as Darren requested, please update this report in a few months and let us all know how you are doing. This site is intended to inform consumers of possible rip-offs, so the more factual information that is presented, the better informed we will all be.

Okay..

POSTED: Tuesday, August 24, 2004

Sorry if I came across rudely I just thought it was odd that first you were at Morganton, one day later at Ft. Meade and now back at Morganton all in less than 5 days.

Anyways, my husband is in the service to, so please thank your husband for me. If NHCD doesn't work for you, as it only works out long term for maybe 5% of the people try looking at companies like On-site Sourcing, RapidText, Net Transcripts, etc..

They don't charge a ridiculous fee and they aren't phone work. If phone work is your thing try Sterling Testing Systems they do employment and education verifications. They give you a 10-10 code for long distance and YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!!

Again, good luck...

Savannah

AUTHOR: Darren - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 24, 2004

I am sorry that you decided to take it as my being mean. You see, typing leaves so many of the normal spoken and unspoken clues that we have with actually being able to talk. That is why I tried to make it clear through making it a post script and wishing you good luck that I wasn't being mean. Also, it appears that the words (inside brackets "smile" incase it gets taken out of this message too) was taken out of the message I sent.

Maybe it is the overall tone of the site which precludes you to see where someone is being nice... I don't know.

I was a single parent of two childre, ages 3 and 5 while going to school and trying to get my college degree. I know what it is like to be stressed and having little time. But, I hope that during that time I took the time to realize when someone was being nice to me.

I thought that I was being supportive and encouraging you to go your own way instead of listening to others.

First by giving you adive which you asked for concerning how to maybe get your money back, then to let you know that I hoped that you did well.

I guess that there is no more need for me to care either way whether you succeed or not.

Thanks,

NHCD

AUTHOR: Savannah - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 24, 2004

Leasa, thanks so much for a little encouragement. I feel that everyone is different and everyone has an opinion. As for working for NHCD, I am gonna go for it and give it my all and find out for myself. Whether that be a good thing or bad thing. I feel like NHCD probably isnt for everyone just like an away from home job isn't for everyone. But I am just gonna go for it and see how it turns out for me!

And Darren do you have to criticize my typing? Sorry it was not up to your standards but I kinda had to do it in a bit of a hurry! When I have a 6 mo. old waiting on her mommie! But here ya go no caps! lol sorry! Any way thanks to you Leasa and thanks for the insight everyone! And as for the person who said is it Ft Meade MD or Morganton NC.

Well on my first report my husband was at Ft Meade MD serving in the military. Now we are out and back home in Morganton NC!! So why ask so rudely? Anyway good day all and thanks again Leesa! Maybe we can keep in contact?

Wishing you both the best

AUTHOR: Cyndie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, August 23, 2004

Dear Leasa,

I am glad you have had a good working relationship with this company. That is not always the case with others as they just quit.I didn't quit till I was continuely lead on and never heard for any one and your e- mail states this in that you never hear of my situation yet there is over a thousand employees.Do you have time and resources to know of everyone experience with this company.

So to Savannah I wish you the best I hope you have better managers than I and you earn the income you need.I happened to get the bad seeds of this company and I had a bad time.

It was wrong of me for you to decide on my time with this company. TIME WILL TELL. It was not a good experience and I wish you better maybe you can work for Leasa and she will watch over you.
I guess our values and morals are different as I can't lie and mislead people.

Wish you both happiness with your very time consuming job and very limited income.
Best of luck to you both

P.S Leasa why do you find the need to defend this company on this web site if you feel so strongly that only a few are unhappy.Seems to me you are are chasing after that 1%. Do I have to say anymore.

Let us know

AUTHOR: Darren - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, August 23, 2004

Savannah,
Go for it girl. Good luck and let us know how it works out for you in a couple of months, okay?

Most of us reading here have to take it on faith that a person is reporting accurately and if this works out for you then I would love to hear about it. If not, that too would provide an invaluable service.

Thanks,

P.S. Typing in capitals only makes it hard to read and is also usually indicative of someone shouting. Good luck!

#5 UPDATE Employee

Happy to help you Savannah

AUTHOR: Leasa - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, August 23, 2004

Savannah, I am glad to see that you decided to give this company a chance. I wish you the best of luck.

As for Cyndie, I am a manager with this company, have been for almost 2 years and I have seen the best of the best come through and I dont recall seeing your name. I worked hard and moved into management in a few months and that alone is proof that you can grow with the company and achieve your goals if you make the effort. I am very truthful and my paychecks are not your business, I am an adult and I dont discuss financial issues like that with stranges, I find it rude.

I am happy with what I do with the company and that is all that matters, as I said almost 2 years ago when I posted then. The fact that we have thousands of happy people working for NHCD seriously outweighs the impact of a few disgruntled reps. I am sorry it didnt work out for you, and wish you the best at finding a new position that will meet your expectations.

Savannah, again, welcome to the company. I am sure you will do awesome.

NEVER PAY FOR A JOB

AUTHOR: Cyndie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, August 22, 2004

Dear Savannah,
You have yet to be contacted from anyone as THEY WANT TO SEE THE MONEY FIRST. When you get that call tell them you have changed your mind. Better yet tell them you came to your senses and saw the scam.I will help you in anyway I can. Refuse the access line.Don"t sign any thing. They will make it hard to get it back.Check out this site as for getting your money back.Don Butler is VERY HELPFUL!!!!.He is a great guy.Didn't see that at first due to his manager trashing him and telling me lies about him.Glad I gave him a second chance.I was an asset to this company as you will see in my response to this company rip -off site (I thought slavery was out) yet they used me.Lied and mislead me daily.

To you Leasa,What postion do you hold? Are you truthful? Do you state that you will work over 40 hours and anything that you provide will be turned down for false reasons and that growth is a joke. You must be in management.IS your paycheck hurting that feel the need to scam people. After two years with this company what is your salary? Are you above minimum wage? Highly question this.

To Savannah Go to Web site WWW.working for home parents.com and see for yourself top sales for this position is any where from $70 to $100 dollars for a 40 hour week. Also don't let those earning higher than that fool you. It is their first week and they have not been charged back yet as you will never see them again on this list.so the next check will be around $ 20.00 dollars for the same amount of hours .You will need to make a least 4000 calls just to secure your money back. You figure that is not counting the hang ups and not interested. NEVER PAY FOR A JOB.

BEST OF LUCK TO YOU.Thanks you putting the word out.THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!!.SPREAD THE WORD

I SEE YOUR POINT

AUTHOR: Savannah - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, August 22, 2004

LEESA I SEE YOUR POINT. I MEAN I WAS VERY EXCITED AND VERY HOPEFUL OF THE COMPANY UNTIL I SAW THOSE COMPLAINTS. I MEAN MY RECRUITER DIANNA AND I TALKED ABOUT EVERYTHING THROUGHLY. SHE NEVER ONCE LIED TO ME AND NEVER ONCE HELD ANYTHING BACK FROM ME. ALL THESE PEOPLE THAT SAY THEY DIDNT GET TOLD ABOUT THE 500 PRESENTATIONS OR ANYTHING ELSE. I THINK THAT IS THERE FAULT FOR NOT ASKING QUESTIONS. AND JUST JUMPING INTO SOMETHING BEFORE THEY THOUGHT IT OUT TO SEE IF IT WAS RIGHT FOR THEM. I WAS TOLD FROM THE BEGINNING HOW THE JOB WORKED. AND THAT IT WAS A JOB!!! AND A JOB TAKES EFFORT. I KNEW IT WAS NOT A GET RICH SCHEME AND THAT IS NOT AT ALL WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. SO I AM GONNA GIVE NHCD A TRY AND SEE HOW IT WORKS OUT FOR ME. BECAUSE EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT. AND I HAVE HEARD MORE SUCESS STORIES THAN COMPLAINTS. SO THANKS LEESA FOR REOPENING MY EYES A LITTLE!

#2 UPDATE Employee

Please decide for yourself

AUTHOR: Leasa - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, August 21, 2004

Hi Savannah

I am a current employee of NHCD and I just wanted to offer you a suggestion. Everything you see on this site is personal opinions of less that 1% of the people that work now or have worked for NHCD. It has been stated by lots of people that they would love to hear from someone 6 months or a year down the road and find how how they felt about the company at that time. I did respond 2 years ago to this site, another thread about the company though.

After 2 years, I am still here, I am still loving what I do and I have never been mistreated or wronged by NHCD. Not everyone has what it takes to work at home and sometimes that is a hard thing to swallow and its easier to blame other people instead. My suggestion is this, give us a try, you might be surprised to find that with a little effort and motivation can do for you. I hate to see you give up on a work at home career that could be what you are looking for based on complaints from people who were not able to make it work for whatever reason.

And if you notice, 90% of the posts here are from the same group of people. I might be able to see the point if all posts were from 100 different people, but they arent, they are from 4 people who cannot let go and move on. Whatever your decision is, let it be yours, not someone elses.

Welcome to NHCD and I wish you the most success with us.

Did you sign anything?

AUTHOR: Darren - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, August 21, 2004

Did you sign anything? Or go through being recorded? I don't know if something like this falls into the "cooling off" period concerning sales and contracts.

Is it possible to call them and tell them to cancel, then go to whomever you bought the money order from and put a stop on it? You might pay a small fee but it should work.

Good luck,
