on january 23, 2013 nicholas (nick) keane vita, along with michael abbott and a group of investors from delaware and washington dc, were introduced to us in order to invest in our businesses. the promise to invest 1.2 million in our two businesses, was indeed enticing. however instead of fufilling their promise, they conspired to systematically rip us off by using a myriad  of delays, phony contracts, and ploys, meant to confuse and convolute what their intentions really were, which was to scam us out of our businesses and our life savings. 

they succeeded..

failing to buy out our previous partner, as promised, resulted in his (previous partner) filing for receivership to protect his interest and then nick vita and his associates manipulated, deceived, and harrassed the receiver until he finally gave up and awarded one of our companys to our previous partner in exchange for his paying off $510K in expenses incurred by the receivership and nick vita's associates .

the moment the receivership was terminated, by submitting terminated documents to the arizona corporate commission, they were able to take our names off, as principles of our other company.they then took over the leases and buildings, without paying us one dime for our three year investment.

my partner and i are single ladies in our 60's who were counting on these businesses to supplement our retirement. my partner has lost her entire life savings and both of us have lost three years of our lives working diligently on our dream, only to have been taken for a ride by these unscrupulous con artists.
