On February 23, 2009, in Lee County, Alabama, a court hearing was held before the Hon. Justice H. Mark Kennedy (Ret.)

Three(3) Lee County Prosecutors Nick Abbett, Kenneth Gibbs, and Robbie Treese, and a Supernumerary Alabama District Attorney, Rea Clark (Ret) were all caught with their hands in the legal cookie jar. It appears that Justice Kennedy, the 10th Judge to take jurisdiction of this case was finally able to pry exculpatory evidence which will exonerate the Defendant, Pat Robert.

It appears that Lee County, Alabama, Circuit Clerk, Corinne Hurst engineered a grand jury proceeding in Lee County on September 23, 2004, to create a bogus indictment to have Pat Robert arrested on a bogus charge.

It now appears that Corinne Hurst was trying to hide the fact that she had this indictment created to protect Judge Bob Harper and Attorney Philip Thompson for falsely prosecuting Pat Robert in 2003.

There are now 10 Alabama Judges plus 2 more Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justices involved in the conspiracy to commit fraud against the U. S. Government by using two federal agencies to apprehend an innocent man for their own personal vendetta.

Additionally there are two federal judges in Montgomery who have sought to dismiss the civil case against these alleged criminals to protect the State of Alabama and all of the dirty politicians involved in this travesty of injustice.

There is hope, but that would require plenty of cash to bribe the Alabama State Bar chief legal counsel to even begin to investigate allegations against Nick Abbett, even though there are documents in my possession which prove that Nick Abbett and Corinne Hurst falsified and backdated a notarized affidavit to Alabama Governor Bob Riley---So much for Governor Riley's stand on public corruption.

How can Governor Riley be against Public Corruption when one of his subordinates, Kathy Faulk, signed bogus extradition papers on Pat Robert in 2006?

How does a man like Nick Abbett go from being Alabama's 2005 District Attorney of the Year to falsifying affidavits to Governor Bob Riley in the same year------2005?

How many appeals have been falsified by Corinne Hurst since she has been Lee County, Circuit Clerk, just to protect dirty judges and lawyers?

How many false affidavits has Corinne Hurst filed with the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals in other cases? Has she singled me out or does she do this on a regular basis?

I am on my 10th Judge, 4th Prosecutor, and 5th and 6th Court Appointed Lawyers and my civil rights are being violated everyday by Nick Abbett, Kenneth Gibbs, Robbie Treese, III, Rea Clark and Corinne Hurst.

How long must any of us as American citizens endure the tyranny of these dirty public officials?

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. All that is necessary for tryanny to survive is for good men to allow it to happen.
