Nick Dixon Elite Builders CRIMINAL FRAUD LIAR VANDAL CHEAT Dallas Texas

We hired him to do the work and gave him the access code to the house.  He started on a Saturday and while he was there started calling me asking me to get him some materials.  I told him to make me a list of what he needed and I would call it in to the Home Depot and could meet him there on Sunday.  Instead he became irate that I wouldn't meet him RIGHT AWAY the same day he called.  I explained to him that I could NOT be there that night but could be there SUNDAY.  

 

Eventually he boiled over and started being innane and rude and effectively yelling at me that I was wasting his time.

 

At that point, I told him if he didn't want to finish the job then he didn't have to and I would pay him for the work he had done thus far.  I told him I would look on Sunday and see what work he'd done thus far and to let me know what I owed him and I'd pay him if he'd done what he said he had.

 

Between that Friday and that Sunday he had not returned my calls about meeting on Sunday or any texts I had sent. 

 

So we went to the rental house on Sunday to see the work he said he did over the course of the week and weekend and we were met with an open back door and a compeltely destroyed kitchen, holes in ALL of the walls, knocked in electrical outlets and fixtures, they destroyed the new gas stove, all the cabinets were gone, the toilet had been destroyed with a sledge hammer and was gushing water apparenlty all weekend into the adjacent kitchen floor, all the light fixtures had been destroeyd, destroyed the water heater, the termostat, the fireplace, broke out some windows and much more.  It was a complete destruction. 

 

I immediatley called the police and also immediately knew who had done this - Nick Dixon of Elite Builders.    When the cops got there we filed a police report for the damage and named Nick Dixon as the cultprit most likely since he was the ONLY one who had access to the house.  Also, he was unaware of a video camera that caught he and his buddy going in the house causing the damage and coming out the previous Saturday. The cop told me to call him and see what he said.  He of course did NOT answer my call and I left him a voice mail telling him I wanted to talk to him about how much I owed him for the work he did on the house.  He never texted or called back which was a clear sign of guilt as well.

 

The cops never followed up on any of the evidence we gave them (The Garland Police Department) including an eye-witness our rental house's neighbor who saw them go in and out of the house and questioned them when he heard noise/etc. 

 

I didn't want anyone else to fall victim to this man whom is obviously mentally unstable and cannot be trusted - especially with your home or invesment property.
