Nick Simons Nicholas Simons Scam with r/c cars and toys, says he will pay or trade but does not follow through, only out of state. orange county yorba linda, California

Nick contacted me about a trade on craigslist for some r/c items, he said he would be willing to trade two SC8 r/c trucks for one of my baja buggies.  We agreed to this trade via email, and I sent the buggy, after making excuses of why he has not sent his trucks yet, he recieved my buggy and never called or emailed me again.  I recently saw my buggy listed by Nick on craigslist and hes trying to sell it!!  Its Stolen!!

He claims he knows all these famous people in the r/c world in California, and talks about his life of crime like hes bragging.  I trusted this kid because who rips off a company that sells r/c toys?  Lame.  I filed reports with the local police and they came up with a match of this punk, someone else has also filed a report on him at this very site for the same thing.
