Nicole Cipro, Matthew Borden Nicole Cipro - Ebay motors -Fraudulent sale of a motorcycle - fake ebay invoice - Worcester Massachusetts

I recently found a motorcycle, 2006 Suzuki GSXR, that I was very interested in and selling for the right price of 3200 dollars. I had compared it to other similar makes/models and it was reasonable. I contacted the seller through email and everything seemed fine.

After I told the seller, Nicol Cipro, that I wanted to purchase the motorcycle she informed me that ebay would send me the information. I received the information from what I thought was ebay and all the information that I needed. I was to send the payment to an ebay agent Matthew Borden and he was going to hold the money for the bike. After I saw the bike i was to agree to the purchase and the funds would be secured to the seller.

I did all that was required of me and confirmed the payment and all the shipping information. I informed the seller and requested the motorcycle to be shipped to me. Instead I got an email from Nicole Cipro saying, "after I receive the rest of the $4000, I will send the bike." I was confused and tried to get another response from her about this unknown extra amount.

I tried to contact ebay motors and get some information from them but by the time I got their response the seller had already received my money. I soon found out that the motorcycle was not being sold on ebay and that it was a fake.

I immediately became frustrated and mad at myself for letting this happen. I was so caught up in finally getting something nice for myself that I didn't check everything and believed that the sale was legit. I couldn't believe that this was happening to me.

I worked so hard for that money and saved for quite awhile to get a motorcycle for myself so that I could have a little fun and escape from normal life. Now I'm sitting here frustrated and lost because I don't know what to do.

I have all the information and emails sent to me, as well as all the payment information/receipts. I have a fax number and address for the supposed ebay agent Matthew Borden. I even had a legit VIN for the bike JS1GR7KA162105995 that I got an insurance quote on and everything. I hope that these person/people get caught and stop any further crimes to other unlucky people as myself. I feel so ashamed that this happened to me and feel less of a person as a result of this occurance. I hope that this matter can be resolved somehow....
