 Sellers Beware of Nicolle Ortega and her Brand Latin Posh. She collaborates with jewlery and clothing vendors promising a joint venture in order to gain capital for herself. I am a fairly new seller who collaborated with her to open a shipping container store in the arts district. She used me to get the captial to get the store open. She overcharged me for buildout fees and failed to provide receipts. She also accepted money from a production company for filming in the store without my knowledge. The list of her sketchy business practices goes on and on. Our contract agreed upon an equal 50/50 split although her name would be put on the lease due to her relationship with the property mangement. I did some research and found out that she has done this to other sellers in the past...overcharging sellers for space in her store or pop up and pocketing the money. This is just a warning to sellers looking to collaborate with her in the future Beware!!! I am a hard working entrepreneur and I can't afford to deal with scammy people. I have since ended my collaboration due to her pocketing money that was supposed to be split 50/50. I hope this helps someone.
