Lets get one thing straight here - my Charitable work does not involve me giving money, mine or anyone elses for that matter as you so cleverly suggest, just my time, which has raised over half a million for worthwhile causes, so lets not hear anything more about that, ok? If you look at the other site where you first posted, you will see that I replied to you with a valid email address nearly 2 months ago. As for your assertions about 3 people plucking my name out of thin air, I only entertain YOUR claim because I remember a problem initially with this transaction.

The other two reports are totally BOGUS.

Get your lawyer to contact me on the email address I provided you 2 months ago, and ask him to send me the paperwork to back up your claim.

Then I will refund what is owed (if anything)

You see, i didnt know your cheque wasnt honoured on second presentation. It certainly should have been, and if it wasnt, the explanation is simple.

I notice Nigel that you havent responded to me regarding my gold that you stole.  Would that be by any chance because I am telling the 100% truth and everything I have said is factual?  As previously mentioned, I have full paperwork and photos to back up everything I have said.  Maybe I should set up a Flickr account so everyone can see scans of the documents, letters from the police, the bounced cheque with your signature on it etc. for themselves.
 
People are on here anonymously Nigel because you have proven yourself to be, how can I put this not a very nice person, and decent people like those you have ripped off tend to not want to associate themselves with the likes of you any further.  It does seem amazing however that 3 complete strangers from 3 different countries all have an opinion of you, and in all instances they show you in a very bad light.  For us all to end up on this website cannot be just a coincidence. Do you think we just randomly picked a name out of thin air and posted it here for fun?
 
It seems to me that your reputation is now catching up with you for all to see, and you dont like it.
 
You talk of what you do for charity.  Well let me tell you something.  Giving to charity to make you feel better about yourself is very easy WHEN YOU ARE DOING IT WITH OTHER PEOPLES MONEY.
 
So I make you a proposition.  Place your contact details on this site.  My solicitor will contact you, and you can arrange full payment of what you owe me via them, plus some compensation for all of the pain and anguish you put me through.  Or you could of course arrange the return of my 1kg of
gold?  Once this transaction has been completed to my satisfaction I will happily pay 10% of what has been paid back to me to a charity of my choice and will publish the results on this website along with confirmation that you have finally paid me what is owed.
 
If you really are this changed person that you mention (highly unlikely), then this course of action would give you an ideal opportunity to repair your rather damaged reputation for all to see.
 
So lets see if you can put your money (or rather my money) where your mouth is.
 
As you have never once bothered to contact me since you took my property without paying for it (despite having all of my contact details), and then left the country, I suspect that this will fall on deaf ears and everyone who Googles your name will continue to see the real Nigel Goldman for exactly who he is.

OK enoughs enough - whoever you are in France (if indeed that is really where you are) I will not tolerate lies being spread about me on the internet or anywhere else for that matter.

You claim that I ripped off a pensioner by issuing a certificate for rare coins that were sold in multiples. this is untrue. the coins I sold were certified coins, in other words they were sealed and graded by an independant American grading house such as PCGS or NGC. No certificates for coins have ever been sold by me.

You further claim that coins you purchase from me have been valued at half what you paid. This I also find hard to believe. Everyone knows the price of gold and silver, as well as rare coins have soared in value over the past 2 decades. If you would like to furnish me a list of the items you purchased, and details of who made the current valuation, I am sure that I can find a willing buyer at current market values, which would more than likely show you a healthy profit.

What is your name? Or are you, like all the other cowards on this site only prepared to publish lies anonymously. I have truned my life around and do a considerable amount of good work for charity and I will not tolerate this kind of behaviour.

You also place a veiled threat about coming to visit me in Spain. You are very welcome. A warm reception awaits you.

if you do not withdraw and retract the lies you have published within 7 days, or at the very least publish an apology, I will do whatever is necessary to track you down and sue you in Court. A copy fo this has already been submitted to my lawyer who is prepared to fight this all the way.
