We purchased a English Bulldog , in which we were told the papers would be sent after our Puppy made it.
We picked up our Bullie and first of all had no idea what flying did to a puppy :(. He arrived with Cherry eye...
We didn't make a big fuss and took him to get it fixed and never asked Ashley to pay for it, very pricey but we already loved our Puppy! We called and called Hoping to Receive his papers and ofcoarse NEVER received them. When we did talk to her she said in contract she had a year to get them to us! Oh well we Got our Dream Puppy. Just wish she would have come through like the people we purchased our second Bull Dog at in Bull Head City, NV :)

I am sorry to hear about your negative experiences with Nightingale Bullies, we purchased our Bulldog from them back in September of 2009; although there were some delays in receiving the pup due to temperature shipping constraints, we received the puppy.  And, about a year later as promised we received his papers as well from his country of origin in Europe.  Although expensive at 3,500.00 Ashley was very good at staying in touch every step of the way.  She even gave us a credit when we arrived with a condition called Cherry Eye so we could take him to the vet and get it fixed. Although, I had my reservations in the beginning, I have been very pleased ever since and am saddened to learn that her website no longer exists, as we had planned on purchasing a second from them.  Since then, our bulldog has been a happy, healthy addition to our family and we are glad we found Ashley as our breeder.  Happy in Texas!

Certain countries are known for gross abuse of dogs and cats so I can imagine the dirty and unpleasant conditions the breeder dogs live in. Many very young puppies crammed into crates and flown for 12 hours paints a revolting picture. Animal rights groups must investigate to make sure that puppies are not arriving dead during this "puppy trade". Ms Puppy Connection says on the website they get the puppies from Mississippi breeders which is bad enough because we all know puppymills love petshops and brokers. Knowing that mspuppyconnection partakes in a puppy trade where adult dogs are farmed to produce puppies for export is hard for me to find the words to describe. When did buyers become so careless to not ask about the environment where the puppies are born? And to not care about the breeding dogs?  Cleaned up and perfectly groomed puppies hide the dirty and neglected parents left to be bred to death in countries known for callus treatment of these animals. Brokers do not have a clue about the parents! How can people who buy the puppies sleep at night?

She now started "mass importing" poor puppies from Korea instead of bulldogs from Europe and lots of people are falling for her already!!!!

I also have tried to go through the Attorney Generals Office and have receive the same letter to contact an Independent Attorney.  I've got no leads on what type of attorney to get to help me with my situation.  I paid $4500 for a dog that I still have not received along with no paperwork or proof this dog even exists.  We've requested for vet receipts, updates, etc...NOTHING!

If and when someone finds an attorney for your problems please post it so I can go along with you to stop her from doing business.  She has you sign a contract but doesn't live up to her side yet expects you to abide to it.  How is this fair? 

Someone please help all of us that has been burned by nightingale bullies, Ashley Anderson so we can stop these situations from happening again!

This may be legal, but it is not ethical.  Give this individual his money back minus the relisting fees.  I know it didn't cost you $3500 to relist these puppies.  $3500 is not not exactly chump change. 

What Ms. Anderson failed to say is that this is not the first person she has done this too! I too have been a victim of her lies and she tries to justify her actions by making the buyer sound like we have changed our minds or we are at fault. What she FAILS to say is that you can call , email and even take her to COURT! YES COURT and she will never respond or show up! AN HONEST PERSON does not need to hide!!!!!!!!!!! She takes your money and then never delivers! In my book that is called STEALING.....right? She will send you the wrong puppy, no registration paperwork or no puppy at all! Once she has your money you will never hear from her again.

In addition she claims she is in Vaiden, MI but she is not. I have been to Vaiden, MI, I have taken her to court along with many others and the Courts themselves have informed her that she is in hiding!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!!!!!!!!!!

What Mr Trong didnt tell you is that he waited until after a year for contacting me and his credit was not lifetime. It was for 1 year as we never give lifetime credits for puppies. He bought this puppy a female from us and then right before we were ready to send her he changed his mind and wanted to select other puppies from our site. I actually was selling this puppy for a friend of mine and had already paid her for the puppy and after he changed his mind the puppy was already 13 weeks old and I placed her back up for sale.  He then right before he also changed his mind asked if he could change to a different puppy 3 times before he canceled with her. He made up a story that he was in Hong Kong and had to go back to see his mother as she was ill but, he did call a few times four weeks later trying again to select other puppies and I kept telling him that the original puppy he purchased was still here and I was ready to send her but, he said he didnt want that puppy he wanted a different puppy after I had held his puppy for him for 4 weeks hoping to send him to her . He lied so he could pick out a different puppy later after already committing to the one he originally chose so, NO I will not honor his letter of credit now almost 2 years later. He should have taken the puppy he originally purchased as we dont just sell puppies for our customers to choose a different puppy later. I AM NOT A DEPARTMENT STORE and We Dont do exchanges just because he saw a puppy later on my site he wanted instead! We know things may come up and I told him I didnt mind holding her til he could take possession of her but he disappeared for almost a month and I placed her in another home for a discounted price as she was older. So, always another side of the story you might have not heard from Mr. Trong.
