So I first heard about this company Nightmotorsports LLC through the online Subaru forums. I seen that it was a new shop and the shop owner was friendly via messages on Facebook. Nightmotorsports posted a deal where it includes a package of engine internals. So the first thing I did, is I messages him due to my car needing a rebuild on the engine. He stated that if I wanted the package it'll be $3200. So, due to that fitting my budget I took my car into Nightmotorsports and I felt really comfortable leaving my car there as his pitch made me feel as my car was going to be in good hands and taken care of for that price.

That same day I left a deposit of $1000 on 10/4/14. He stated in order to see what's the issue on the engine, we would first need to take the engine apart. He stated he will do that in about a week. I said ok. I went a week after to see if anything has been done with the car, he stated that he's been pretty busy and has one car in front of me. I said ok I understand and did another deposit of $1000 on 10/17/2014. I then feel that i won't be able to pay him in full before 11/1/14 so I advise him to schedule himself finishing the car by 11/15/14 due to that being my payday. I then receive a call from him advising me that he found some melted wires underneath the dashboard. In order to make the cluster work properly, he would need to replace them. He said he has a electrician that can come and have it replaced, I then tell him I really can't afford any further expensive work. He then said it's ok I'll do it myself and save you some funds. I said ok but only if it's cheap replace it. I then get frustrated on 11/5/14 due to me feeling like nothing has been done with my car.  He says the wiring "will be compete , I just need to do the engine work" on 11/5/14. I said ok I'll have the rest of the funds which is $1200 by 11/15/14 so I was hoping my car will be done before thanksgiving. I send him a message on 11/6/14 advising him if he could show me a picture or some type of proof that I had a melted wire, he stated it went with the trash this morning. I then head out to the shop to see what going on with my car on 11/15/14 and my car was parked outside and it had a big scratch on my drivers side door. I then call Stevan to see where he was at as the shop was closed but the shops hours states he is open on Saturday.

So he arrives and I sit down to talk about my car with Stevan. He looked a little disturbed as his Shop car had caught on fire the day before. He then states right now we are even.i deposited another 1000 on 11/15/14. I was confused as what he meant by that. He stated that the $2000 that I had deposited for my engine build went to the labor and part to fix the bad wiring underneath the dashboard. So I'm still confused. He stated that 1250 was for the part, and 750 was for the labor. He stated if I wanted to get started on my engine build, it'll be $3200 plus $2000 labor to start working on my car which would total to 7200 spent! I then just felt robbed as the funds going to my engine built went to some overprice simple wiring. He then stated to finish my car it'll take another month. So I was really upset. I then leave and tell him that I am going to cancel the rebuild. He then allowed me to pick up my car that day. He refunded 1000 that I deposited that  exact day. I then tell him about he damages on my car and tell him my car was just painted a month ago. He stated " your car has always been in the shop, today was the only day it was outside". He then walks back in the shop.

I felt scammed. I then send him a message with pictures of my car when I dropped it off as proof that the door damage was never there. He stated we will accept the fault and will paint it but you have to bring it to our shop. I then said ok. I felt really scammed about the wiring being replaced as he never kept the original part and as he doesn't want to provide me a receipt of the part. So I take it to a local shop to have professionals take the dashboard apart to locate the brand new wiring that cost me 2000 in total including labor. Everything was still dusty underneath as if nothing was done. I just want my $2000 back as nothing was done to my car. I paid with my debit card

Update

AUTHOR: Frank123 - ()

POSTED: Friday, January 23, 2015

I would like to make a Public apology to Istvan Klag and NightMotorSport and to the N.A.S.I.O.C. Community and Subaru followers. I made posts with statement against Istvan Klag and Nightmotorsport that were hurtful, defamatory and derogatory. I never meant to harm Istvan Klag or NightMotorSport, there was a misunderstanding because of the way we communicated and I became disgruntled. I should have came to NightMotorSport like Istvan had asked me to do , to handle this matter, respetitively instead of posting the matter online, so I retract all the posts and statements I made regarding the damages on the door and apologize for doing so.

night Motorsport(scammer) still does not wish to prove that he did indeed change the part

AUTHOR: Frank123 - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, November 18, 2014

I've attempted multiple times to get my moment back as he cannot prove that he changed the part. I asked for a receipt and he denied the request to the owner of the vehicle. He wants me to take my car back to one of his shops to repair the damage done by him. I said no because I know they will use low quality materials. I would never reccomend him to no one, not even my enemies. He is a scammer and blokes me from Facebook. What kind of shop owner is he? There is more info on how he is a scammer on this forum. Please spread the word. Nightmotorsport Isvan klag Steven is a scammer.

This person "Frank " is a Scamer

We have given Frank plenty of chances to come back and deal with this issue. we have refunded any remainder of his deposit that was not used on his car thus far. Since December last year Frank has been in contact with this shop about his cars engine and transmission, he has been calling, emailing and Facebooking us on how to do the work or what part he needs for his car. Also inquiring how to do the swap and build, after he works on the car and car was not operating the right way he is been asking to bring the car over so we can fix it right. We had a deal on Facebook for $3200 parts + labor to do his engine build, so he brought the car to us and we told how much for the engine rebuild, which he agreed to. He also asked us to fix his transmission problem and the gauge cluster issue we said no problem. He cannot pay up front so we give him payment plan of $1000 down and rest as we go along, which he agreed to. Now we find the issue we have over the phone verbal agreement to go head and fix it, which we did, and he was ok with. Now he would like to get more upgraded parts on the car for the same previously agreed to price, which we told him we can’t do as upgraded parts obviously cost more money. So he agreed to go back to the old set up we quoted him, the $3200 + labor. He seemed fine with it and left another $1000 for deposit. But when he got home, he contacted me that he can’t afford the build anymore so he wanted to get his car back and the $1000 deposit. We did refund him and he left with the car, now he is demanding the $2000 for the fixes we have already done to the car, parts and labor for his wiring and ECU issues. We have offered to have him come down to talk about this and try to come to a amicable resolution, but he has instead resorted to slandering our name all over the boards, Facebook and beyond. Even going as far as to jump into posts with potential customers telling them to not come to us. We have yet to see what his issue is, besides trying to get something for nothing. We have been a reputable shop for many years and plan on staying that way and only ask people stop hiding behind message boards and come deal with this.
