Nikki Sedgwick psychic Liar, Cheater, Fraud Costa Mesa California

All of these complaints are against their business practices. First one says Nikki takes money from people who do not know any better.

Second one says your should not do business with them.

Third one says to run a credit check on them before giving them any money. And suggests some real criminal activity.

Fourth one says they did business with them and lost all their money.

Now as for a lawsuit, most of these were posted in what appears to be California. The California supreme court passed a ruling that you can not be sued for what is posted online. This is because the website published it, but you can not sue them because of first amendment rights.

Also, if you live in a state that can sue for what is posted, the California posters are still safe because of a little thing called state immunity.

Now we have to also take into consideration that anyone can use someone else's name online. It is easy to hide behind a computer. Therefore, to sue for something posted here, the webmaster would have to release the email address of the posters under a court order, then the email provider would have to give up the IP address for the user, and then they would still have to get a search warrant for the computer the IP address is tied to, to prove who did it.

Do you really think our courts want to spend that kind of time and money on a civil case? I would hope not. Good luck to who ever does business with them.

It seems to me if you have a complaint about these people, it would be about the business they have done. I see no evidence here to support reasons not to do business with Nikki Sedgewick. The comments made are personal attacks and hearsay.

I don't understand how this "complaint" even made it on the boards. The initial complaint says nothing about personal experience regarding a reading from her, rather looks to be made as a personal attack and personal opinion. Since when is this board designed as a posting board for slander. Are you aware that it is a crime? I would not be shocked if there were legal reprocussions to posting such garbage without any evidence or proof! How does one prove someone is evil anyway?

Continuing on to more pertinant details. The original posting is not a complaint about her or Matt or their abilities as psychics. I have worked with Nikki, I have had a good experience with her. Not once has she acted unprofessionally or unethically that I have witnessed. I have been able to create a lasting network for my own business, and have had assistance from her that has aided me in offering a better service as a psychic to my own clients.

I have also had readings from Nikki on my own time, and have been pleased with the results of her insights.

I am sad to see that this board has been reduced to a personal ranting blog. I hope that any readers here will see the initial complaint for what it is worth, and if they have any questions about Nikki's character to contact her directly. After all, her myspace address was posted - and I am sure she can be contacted there.

I am just going to go through the "reports" of the horrible things that Nikki and myself have been doing. First off, "Nikki Sedgwick" has never been a psychic reader. whoever this person is who started this report, knows Nikki personally. And we both think it is the same person who sold us a psychic website that didn't belong to her. After claims were filed, she ended up with no money and no website. you can see why she is upset. Oh yes, she also lives in Northern Califorina.

Now for "BJ". When Bj first left this report, it was done under the name Brandice. In case you didn't know, Brandice is Nikki's sister. They haven't got along for a while now. It is sad. When Brandy was told that what she had said is Defamation of Character, she changed her name to BJ (Brandy and John).

Brandy Leger says to stay away from my "Companies". Alright, here it is, everyone who i have taken "thousands" of dollars from feel free to respond to this and make sure you give every detail. Hell, even the people i have taken a dollar from. the reason why i have said this is because there isn't anyone. Who are they BJ? if you make a statement like that you should be able to name a name or two. why can't you?

Another thing is, why in the hell would an actor pay a director to be in that director's movie? that doesn't make any sense at all. i will leave that one for you to figure out.

The other problem from her responce is that, i just finished my first feature film. guess how much it cost? Nothing. we did it for free. So Brandy, i ask again, who are these people you know that have been scamed out of thousands of dollars? What project were they funding? Can you give any facts at all?

Brandy feels sorry for anyone who knows us. Great. That is fantastic. If anyone wants to know why Brandy would hate her sister so much that she would try to ruin her and the financial stability of Brandy's niece and nephew, you would need to ask her that. She loves to talk so i am sure she will tell you something. Just ask for any kind of proof.

Now this one is great, Shelly. I have no idea who this is. on second thought it might be Brandy under a different name. Check our credit. that is what Shelly says. Do it, Check our credit. i don't care. there isn't anything on it about any Apartment rent or anything like that. some might ask why. this is why. When you move into an Apartment, they ask for first and last months rent! They also need a deposit. when we left they used that as, guess what, our last months rent! go figure. The people at the complex have always had a way to contact us about that. why didn't they?

We didn't leave our Cat in the apt. for days either. We left that cat there for our friend to pick up the next day with food and water. Our Landlord was to let her in to pick up our cat the day after we left. Then our old next door neighbor and Nikki's Ex, talked our Landlord into letting them in to take it. that was within hours of us leaving. Brandy is also very good friends with them.

There was no stench, no dishes, and no garbage. Our friends hung out in the aptartment the next couple nights just hanging out. why would our frineds hang out in filth?

Now about "the girl" who oredred stuff from the "Adult Party", this is how that goes. Her order was not placed for a couple months after the "party" took place. The reason was because the "Hostess" of the party, (one of the "victims" friends) needed to close out the party. anyone who has done mary kay or tupperware or any other at home party sales knows what that means. The "victim" was mad that it took so long to get her "toys", but she also knew that her friend had to close out the party. Nikki finally took money out of her own pocket and purchased the "toys" for her. at that point, it is the problem of the Company Nikki worked for.

That same girl, who in the report is stated that we accused of stealing $3000, didn't steal $3000 bucks. The girl was a merch girl for my band. One night we played a show in Newport Beach and at the end of the show, i counted the money. it was around $230 short. Our merch girl said that she didn't do it. i was mad at her because it was her responsibility to keep track of our merch. either she took the money, someone took it when she wasn't looking, or someone walked off with $230 worth of t-shirts and CD's. I didn't call the cops because that girl is a friend of mine and i didn't want to think that she stole it from us. Things happen. if she got scammed by someone at the club that sucks, but it isn't her fault.

Nikki is not my wife. she is going through her divorce right now. when it is over we will be married. Nikki never said that her ex-husband was a rapist. and i guarantee that you will not find Matt Wall on any sex offender website out there.

Now for those of you who don't understand the entertaiment biz or even running your own business, here is a crash course. 9 out of 10 businesses or ventures fail. that's how it is. in the entertainment industry, people blow smoke up your a*s everyday. that is how it goes. most things don't work out. so if that is why we are liars, fine. we are liars. and so is that guy who opened that diner down the street that ended up closing down before it even opened. and everyone else who started a business and watched it fail. they are all liars. Maybe we should just all hang up our ambition and just be a barista for the rest of our lives.

wait. while i was doing this, Henry from HB wrote and again, they are as vague as ever. What money making? what are you people talking about? OK Kristen. if you ment the "megan's law" site, go ahead and check it. i am not there.

Brandy and Kirstin. You both know that your background check would be way more interesting then Nikki's. Kirstin is Nikki's youngest sister.

Long story short (i know, too late), i just wish that these spinless people would come out and say who they are. or say a name of who we scammed or even what we scammed them with. This here is Defamation of Character. And there is a way to find out who sent these "reports" in. you will have to prove everything you say. You can't.

HA! Yay right. Check their credit before you do business with them! First off, not only did they skip out on their rent, but they left a cat locked in the apartment for days! Almost died! When the manager opened the apartment to let the cat out, the stench in there was horrible! They had dishes and garbage everywhere.

I lived in the same complex obviously, and found out this summer from another neighbor that she owed her money from one of her "adult parties". This girl ordered stuff, and Nicki not only failed to deliver them, but then disappeared. Has not even answered her emails.

Someone else told me they accused this same girl of stealing $3000 from them. But if she did how come they did not call the police? I think this is what the second poster is speaking off.

Also they are not really married. Because Nikki is not divorced. She claims her husband is a rapist, but if you go to the OC fair and check the computer for Sex Offenders, you will find Matt Wall. Maybe she is projecting, maybe she is attracted to sex offenders. Who knows.

I have not only done bussiness with Nikki, but also her husband. They are both very honest good people and all of our bussiness dealings have been lucrative. They not only have been completely fair and honest, but through our bussiness, we have all become good friends. It is a rarity to meet such decent people.
I don't believe that Nikki or her Husband would ever conduct themselves in the manner accuseed.
