Niko Laos - If it is a professional company that you are seeking to work for, you may want to think again Hollywood Florida

I feel bad for all these people who have written their experiences based on working there for weeks. I quit after one day, because I could already see what a crappy company this was. It started out alright as I was chosen out of 15 people to start work into management. I felt a large, confident sense of pride as I began my first day at Niko Laos. Then, I stepped into the team meeting. This is where they train those people who bug the s**t out of you at retail establishments trying to get you to fill out applications for other "promotions" or "rewards". They had these exercises that trained you to violate customers space and aggressively bully them into a sale. Then they had a "fun contest" to challenge other agents into activities such as (and I'm not kidding) singing and dancing contests. Now if you are in my position, I just graduated from a noteworthy college and am looking for a professional atmosphere to work in. My first thought was "you've gotta be shittin me....are they serious?". I know I can't sing or dance (I'm 6'3 and knock over s**t and fall down a lot when I try).
Then on to my field experience. I trained with a lovely woman who seemed like she would make a bundle more if she worked for a better company. She trained me on what to do and how to approach people. I simply couldn't do it, because if it were me and I wanted to stop in to a store, I have no desire to do anything else other than what I'm there for. I knew right away this wasn't for me, so I faked a back problem and left. I still feel sorry for this woman, because the only reason she was a success at this job was because she was attractive and outgoing. Every person she got to sign her forms were older and male. Me? I'm 6'3 and tower over everybody, if anything, it would be fear for their lives that would make them fill out my forms. And my point being that there are people that work for this firm that are good at what they do, but could be doing a lot better for themselves in a better company. The hours are from 9am until 8 or so and you will work some SATURDAYS! I worked through college to NOT work Saturdays!
I hope this was helpful to some of you out there, the only people I could possibly see working here would be people in high school that aren't going right into college just yet and want a starter job.
