Niko REBATE SCAM - Niko never sent my $50 rebate Walnut California

I purchased a 22" Niko LCD monitor from Buy.com back in August, 2007. The monitor at the time was advertised with a $50 rebate. I took the bait and purchased the monitor with the impression that with the $50 rebate it was a very good deal.

I carefully followed all the instruction for submitting the rebate. After 10 weeks (the time frame given my Niko for receiving the rebate check), I called Niko about the rebate and they said that my rebate was accepted and I would get my check in about 2 weeks.

After a month, I still didn't receive anything. I called them again and that same person who answered the phone when I called previously told me that I should wait another 2 weeks and called back.

This is rediculous. I bet that the next time I call, they will ask me to wait for another two weeks and they will continue do this until I give up.

I have contacted Buy.com but don't have much hope because I've been told Buy.com was useless in helping its customers getting rebates when the manufactures scam its customers.

Well, Buy.com and Niko have lost me as their customers.
