I was in the market to buy myself a new puppy, a Yorkie to be exact.  I looked on the internet under the newspaper, Press Telegram, Long Beach, Ca. but didn't know that the ads are powered by "Kaango" and not the actual paper.

I found an ad for one for a free adoption for "re homing" placed by "Nina Warner" under the member name "joyce64" at (ninawarner1@gmail.com) in the ad to contact her.

After 2 weeks of sending emails back & forth, she agreed to sell me the puppy she called "Daisy". Nina told me that she had to a home for her since she just moved to London, England with her family as missionaries thru the United States Volunteers Organization to help disabled children.

Nina stated that she was only asking for me to pay $150.00USD for the "transfer of ownership" paperwork and she would pay for the shipping herself.

Per her request, I sent it to her via Western Union $172.00USD total with their fees included.  I received another e-mail from Nina stating that she had all the paperwork done and took the puppy to the delivery company for shipping.

She told me that she came across a problem that she was not aware of.  Stated that the shippers can't ship the puppy without "pet insurance" which is fully refundalbe by the shipper at the time of delivery.  This fee was $2200.00USD and that brought up a red warning flag to me.

I received an email from the shippers "Cargo Delivery London" (cargodelivery@mail.org) from a person called "Mrs. Andu Collins" stating that they have received a puppy from a "Nina Warner" from Diamond Pets LTD to be shipped to me.

I was to send to her attention again via Western Union $2200.00USD so that they can ship the dog. The red flag came up as the shipper was located in Limbe, Cameroon. THAT'S IN AFRICA!

I did not send the money but emailed Nina stating that I could not pay that and then she said that she could pay for $1000.00 of it if I could pay the rest.  I emailed the Cargo Delivery London, and told them that I felt that Nina was responsible for paying it since she agreed to pay for all the shipping costs.

Well, I have not heard back since then and my daughter found out that this is a huge fraud ring stealing tons of money from our citizens of the United States of America. Please do not fall for this scam.  Nina Warner had 60 ads thru "Kaango" to sell the same puppy all across the country, from California to Flordia to Hawaii.
