Order a ninja coffee bar was looking at a glass unit and I went to see the difference if I were to upgrade to a stainless steel unit and was comparing the two units and it clearly shows the difference in red all you get the glass unit says a 2 year warranty and the stainless steel unit shows a lifetime warranty if you upgrade I got everything except the lifetime warranty I got a 5 year this isn't way I upgraded I upgraded to get the life time warranty. And I didn't get everything the upgraded unit was to have

The picture you posted has conflicting information.  The warranty image at the top of the image in the upgrade states it is a 5-Year Warranty, the text states Lifetime.   So you do have a complaint on this difference.  Your problem is that unless you can prove it was intentional, and that this caused you some undo harm the best you may ever get out of it is being able to return it now and get your money back.  As a Customer Service issue they may offer you more, and if they do that is great.  But they probably wouldn't legally owe you anything other than the right to return it.
