 I purchased a Nissan Juke 2012 on Nov 2012.  The Auto didn't have the front tags cover placed, because it's not a requirement in Puerto Rico, only the back ones. Only by choice. I also purchase Accesories for my Juke over the internet from Nissan Authorized dealers for best prices. I took the car to the "Experts" Nissan Service Center" Agustin Lugo.  PR has a lots of profesional people working at home, but I want this job to be done by Experience in Nissan Contracted people, What a big Mistake!!! They had me taking the car (with an appointment) at 8;30 a.m., told me to leave and would get a phone call when car were ready, they called me at 4:25 pm (They Close at 5:00pm) to asked about the parts and accesories!! I asked them "Don't you close at 5:00pm!?. I answered the questions, but, got worry, because them questions about the accesories were a little to crazy: Why they different color, Where some would go? I gave them the parts in there packaging with instructions!! So, I rushed to the Dealer, asked the Service Person to take me to the shop and What I saw!!!: Car wasn't near to be finished , the employees were joking and playing around, Loud music and all, A Student were placing the parts and I panic!! They asked me to wait outfront and when the car was outside the shop to be taking home, We (Me and my husband) looked to everything we asked them to do, and this is what we found: SCRATCHES ON THE ACCESORIES, THE SPLASHGUARDS THAT SUPPOSE TO BE PLACED WITH A SCREW AND A CLIP ONLY HOLDED BY CLIPS: VERY WEAK!! BUT, THE CHERRY ON THE PIE: THE FRONT TAG HOLDER: FOUR HOLES ON THE BUMPER!!!!!!!! LIKE, THEY DIDN'T HAVE A MEASUREMENT TAPE. I WENT INSANE, What did you do to my brand new car????? Well inmediatly, dont worry go home we will take care tomorrow, because they were closed already!! they call at 9:30 a.m. to pick up the car, they gave us an original door handle( the one they scratched with the screwdriver the most) but, nothing at all about the Bumper with the four holes!!! I asked to talk to the manager, the manager was on a meeting, I called for 7 hours: same respond, the manager is on a Meeting, I went to the Service Center in Person before closing and they told me that he was gone, I got a little upset: asked them why didn't he called me after Meetings, since it was an Emergency to me, when I looked outside the glasses, saw the Manager sneaking out the shop, and cheking on my front tag holder, I ran outside and asked him why were they being so disrescpectful to a Customer and he told me: " I DON'T THINK THAT WAS DONE HERE (MEANING: THE DAMAGES ON THE FRONT TAG HOLDER"" AND THOSE ARE GENERIC PARTS THAT YOU PROVIDED, AND MY RESPONSE: I TOOK BEFORE PICS WITH MY IPAD WITH YOUR SERVICE PERSON INCLUDED, AND I TOOKED AFTER PICTURES WHEN THE JOB WAS "DONE" SO, HE GLANCE ON THE SERVICE GENTLEMAN AND THE SERVICE MAN DID AN AFFIRMATIVE MOVEMENT WITH HIS FACE.  He has no choice, but to accept the fact that they mess up my Vehicle. He asked the Service man to order a New Bumper for me. I waited three weeks: excuse after excuse, the holidays, some employees on vacation, etc. etc. ON JANUARY 05, 2013, THEY CALLED ME (THE SERVICE MAN) THAT THEY DECIDED NOT TO GIVE ME A NEW BUMPER, BUT, TO FIXED THE MESS UP ONE, Remind you I lefted overnight for that repair, never happens, So therefore: This particular Nissan Dealer Auto Service Center: LOST ALL CREDIBILITY, I AM NOT LONGER TRUSTING THEM WITH ANY JOB, TOOK THEM TO A GUBERNAMENTAL OFFICE THAT "SUPPOSEDLY SOLVE PROBLEMS LIKE THIS, NOT!!! I WROTE AN EMAIL TO THE NISSAN HEADQUARTERS IN JAPAN; AND LET THEM KNOW, HOW NISSAN PR IS GIVING THEM A BAD NAME AND MESSING UP A GOOD CAR REPUTATION, BUT NO RESPONSE. AT THIS POINT: DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!! I WELCOME SUGGESTIONS!! THANK YOU.
