nissan motor acceptance corp. They took my car and sold it for half the price and now expect me to pay the rest for nothing Nationwide
*Consumer Comment: Good One...
My car was taken minutes before I was going to pay. Then auctioned it off getting only half the price (it had only 4000 miles on it and was in presteen condition) and now wants me to pay the rest and have nothing to show for it.

Isn't it amazing how even though you had weeks and possibly even a couple of months to pay your delinquency balance. That they chose the exact time you were minutes away from paying to have the nerve to take your car. Well at least you are original.
Let me tell you why they took it. Because you gambled and tried to hold them off until the absolute last minute you could to pay them. But just as in Vegas when you gamble, in the end the house always wins.
But here is what really happened, as to why you finally decided to pay them. You looked out your window and saw the Repo Truck coming down the street and figured that it was finally time to pay as you couldn't push it off any longer. However, these repo guys are fast and before you could get a hold of them to pay your car was gone...Yep..nailed it.
Oh and you are wrong about one other thing. You do have something to show for it. You have a Reposession on your credit as well as another debt for the balance. As another bonus if you fail to pay this deficiency balance you may be rewarded with another thing to show for it. A judgement against you issued by the courts.
Yes this is what happens with any company when you fail to meet the legal obligations you agreed to when you got the loan.
