Nissan Of Midland Texas Falsified Documents and failure to accept Cancelation before delivery Consumer Fraud midland Texas

Sales Representative stated that Credit Reports would not be pulled since I was pre-approved.  The documentation at my instance was blank.  Nissan of Midland was told minor adjustments to BOA approval might need to be made Monday or Tuesday of the following week.   Nissan of Midland manipulated the paperwork and pulled reports from multiple sources including recontacting BOA which suspected fraud since I was already approved.

I contacted sales person from a conference line witnessed by other people and cancelled the transaction before delivery,   They said that any cancellation of the transaction was not possible as they had already received funding  from Capital One; which my attorney vigorously disagrees with.
