Nite Lite PC, Inc. Andrew Scott, Andrei, Charity Smith Complete Ripoff, Hires Employees under the table, Scam Artist Naples, Estero, Florida

Ok, wow, where do I start? So, I own my company in Naples, Florida as a computer repair specialist. I am very good at what I do and I do it at an affordable rate. This guy Nite Lite PC, Andrew Scott calls me up and tells me he has a great opportunity for me. Tells me to meet him at a park for an interview. Of coarse I dress up nice and meet him there. He says I am a good candidate and that I would need to shut down my computer service and makes me sign a stupid competitor form before he gives me any more information. He tells me that I will be making over 3 figures within 6 months. He tells me that this company is all over Southwest Florida and there are multiple offices and one is ran by an HR rep named Charity Smith.

Needless to say, there is no Charity Smith, there are not multiple offices, he is running this business out of his condo in Estero, Florida. Every question I asked him he answered with a lie. I did not find out that he was the owner until I did some online research, which after telling him what I found out, he immediately located the source and made it private. After hanging out with him for one week, I realized he did have a serious anger management problem. He told me of a time where he literally got out of his car at a red light and pistol whipped someone for driving too slow. He was always degrading people and screaming at traffic. He also claims to be an undercover cop, that was also a lie.

We went to a clients house who apparently annoyed him and he told them they had viruses on their computers and they should trash their computers and buy new ones off of him. He sold them two new laptops and said he fixed their old ones and sold them back to them. These innocent clients paid over $2500 for no reason whatsoever. Needless to say, I quit working for him after one week and only made $100 in cash. But that's not where the story ends.

Around a month later I began receiving threatening messages via text message, saying: If I don't stop advertising, the next client I go to, it will be the end for me. He began posting my information online via Craigslist claiming that I am an alcoholic and beat pregnate women up for not having abortions. I filed a report with the police and they told me there was not much I could do except file a civil case. Then just recently, he began posting the same postings about me on Craigslist again and flagging all my ads..Sent me several text messages threatening me and also was parked in front of my house for some reason. I later find out he has been looking through my windows to see if I live there. Oh, there's more.

I get a call from a client, a young girl who claims to work at hooters, she tries to seduce me over the phone and claims that we can be more than friends. She wants to come to my house and work on her computer. She then asks me to the movies..etc. I knew something was fishy, needless to say, when I called her later that day, Andrew Scott answered the phone. He began posting more negative things about me online including personal information like drivers license, court cases, etc. He sent me a text saying "You're lucky you moved, but we'll find you eventually". I am scared for my life and my childs life. Another PC Repair Company also called me stating he knew who was flagging my ads, Nite Lite PC. When I asked him how he knew, "Because he is sending me threatening messages via text, threatening my wife and I". He says he doesn't understand why, He barely speaks english and only advertises in Spanish, how could he possibly be competition for this guy.

We have filed a report with the cops and will be taking civil action against him for a restraining order. This guy is armed and dangerous, he is a licensed weapon trainer with a serious attitude problem. Whatever you do, do not use Nite Lite PC, Inc. they will rip you off to the fullest and apparently threaten your life as well.
