Nitro Focus NO3 My husband was scanning the internet and reading article on line regarding building muscle and losing weight. Like all men in his age of 59, he was looking for a pill that would help his midline. He read article and advertising on Men's life and Health and saw opportunity of a free trial product of Nitro Focus NO3 and Optimal Stack. He clicked on free trial offer Now you had to take both products together to get results according to advertisment that he read. He clicked on free sample trial and was only to pay for shipping and handling which was under 5 dollars each product.  internet Michigan

Well, It took a week for the Nitro Focus to arrive. He placed it on his desk waiting for the Optimal stack sample to arrive so that he could begin taking the two sample products together. In the meantime I notice that there is a charge on our banking account for 105 dollars and some odd cents. I didn't recognize the charge nor any information that I could see regarding the charge. My husband also did not recognize the processing charge on the account. We called the bank for more information. Well, the bank could not give any answers regarding the charge as it was still being processed.

Next day the charge went thru and it was Nitro Focus NO3. My husband phoned Nitro focus regarding the charge. He explained that he had never had opportunity to try product and wanted a refund of the so called monthly subscription that he was not aware of signing up for when he wanted to try free sample. 105 dollar for a month supply of a supplement is outragous and no product is worth it. We wanted to return the unopened product for a full refund of our money. Nitro Focus refused to do this and only offered to refund money minus a 35% restocking fee. Now mind you I have to pay for the shipping back of the product, insurance, etc..

I filed a dispute with the bank. What a rip off!!My husband, who was reading article on line regarding awesome results with weight loss and muscle tone, decided to try a free trial product of the advertised product.  The free trial of Nitro Focus NO3 and Optimal Stack was for 10 days and had to be taken together.  He was only to pay for the shipping of the ten day free product.  Well, He recieved the Nitro focus NO3 approximately a week after purchase and was waiting the optimal stack product.  It was stated in the ad that both products had to be taken together.

In the meantime, I notice a charge to our checking account for 105 dollars and did not recognize the purchase.  My husband did not recognize the charge.  We called the bank immediately and they said that it was still processing and had no informatioin at that time regarding who or what the charge was for.  Next day it posted for 105 and I saw that it was for Nitro Focus.  My husband immediately called Nitro Focus and wanted refunded since he was unable to sample both products of Nitro Focus and Optimal Stack together as it was recommended.  He also cancelled the revolving charge of 105 dollars for a monthly subscripting for the Nitro Focus which he was unaware would occur.  He was under impression that he was trying a free sample and not subscribing to a product.

The Nitro Focus representative did not care that we never recieved other sample product of Optimal Stack and had not had chance to try both as it was recommended to take both for results.  He stated that we should have cancelled within the so called free trial period to not be charged the 105.   My husband was unaware of the period and that we would be charge 105 dollars for a month supply of a supplement which stated that if you use both supplements you would lose weight and build muscle.

Nitro Focus representative was unwilling to refund our 105 even though we offered to return unopened product of one month supply of Nitro Focus which was recieved approximately two days prior to charge posting to our account.  He did offer us a refund of our money and a charge of 35% if we returned the product.

Obviously I was upset at this and filed a dispute with my bank regarding the charge.  It is currently pending.  I am returning their product and advise everyone against purchasing, this is the biggest scam I have seen in a while.

Optimal Stack Customer Care

AUTHOR: Customer Service - ()

POSTED: Monday, December 16, 2013

Optimal Stack is dedicated to an extremely high standard of customer care and we are committed to wholly resolving any and all concerns that our customers may have about their purchase.  Our commitment to providing the highest quality service possible is reflected in the following policies:

- A 30-day money back guarantee.  If you’re not satisfied with the product for any reason at all, simply let us know and we’ll issue you a full refund.  No questions asked.

- A free 14-day trial.  We give our customers a generous trial period with the product so they’re able to try it before purchasing it.  Again, if for any reason at all you’re not satisfied, please contact customer service and we’ll cancel your account to ensure that you’re charged nothing further.

Please note that while this is a free trial, it is not a free sample.   It wouldn’t be viable for us to send out thousands and thousands of free bottles every month, but we can offer a trial period on the product so there’s no risk for our customers and they have ample opportunity to try it to see if it’s right for them.  A large majority of our customers who take advantage of this free trial go on to take Optimal Stack month after month and they do so because they experience results.  It works.

These results are a reality of Optimal Stack’s key ingredients: a proprietary blend of Taurine, Beta Alanine, Caffeine, Arginine, and Alpha-Ketoglutarate that was designed to boost stamina, strength, intensity, energy, and focus.
