NJ Rentals RIPPED ME OFF! Garwood New Jersey

In the beginning of April, I started apartment searching. I came across several ads on NJ.COM under a company called NJ RENTALS. I called a gentleman by the name of John early one morning and asked him for more information. He told me that this service was 100% guaranteed with a money back guarantee.

After feeling confident with that answer, I paid $150.00 for this service thinking that I would be getting help. This "John" told me they can help me that they have 100's of listings all over NJ and "just what I was looking for".

When I call Deloris she tells me she is very busy & will call me back in 10 minutes. No calls from her so I call her again! Her and Vanessa have given me maybe 10 listings that where all rented 2 weeks ago, some with incorrect numbers, and some what arent even renting apartments! Which of course they all insist it is correct.

I called and spoke to Lisa who seemed to be very understanding and she told me that John will be back from vacationing in Florida and that he would call me back on Tuesday. I called today (Thursday 4/29/04) and he "went home sick" just like I have been told numerous times before about other people working for their company.

This is honestly a horrible company to do business with and I will be contacting other people to let them know about this business!!!!
