I called nocuffs after I was arrested to retain a attorney for a misdemeanor DUI, I was charged 6,000 dollars for the case & 2,000 more dollars for the DMV part of the case total 8,000 dollars for a misdemeanor case which I find out in my DUI classes that every one else paid 1,500 to 2,000 for their attorney fees in their case and DMV case included. OK! I accepted the fact that I was ripped-off & paid way over price as if I was charged with a (Felony DUI) whrn I only was charged with a misdemeanor DUI. Note: My attorney did not have the charge lowered or reduced in fact the only thing she did do for my defense was show up for the court dates each time telling me I did not need to appear, now I know why. because she accepted any and all conditions the court served out. Then on the last court date she demanded that I appear and the court cannot move on unless I am present, So I appeared  and accepted each condition served which included by the way "cuffs," classes, fees, fines, penalties, etc.

This is not the worst part that I paid 8,000 dollars for when everyone else paid 2,000 Guilty or not I am fully aware of their are no guarentees in our judicial system court of law and that it is no longer innocent until proven guilty though you are treated as guilty until proven innocent in these kangaroo court of law, & they are still an operating business. Sorry, I got off track a bit.

The worst part of this was when the DMV court date came which is a whole other set of conditions & my attorney did absolutely nothing again for me in this but showed up late for the appointment, and at one occaision mentioned to me that she had known this DMV agent from pass cases and was well aquainted with such agent, matter of fact so well that I felt that my paid defense attorney was more like a prosecuting attorney. She is the worst attorney & I feel I was ignored because I would make calls, emails, & texts, to Suzanne Crouts concerning my case and she would not return calls. I hope that someone takes this information and uses it to their benefit, because the more I talk about it the more upset it makes me, and they say therapy works Ha B******* Don't get arrested in this policed state.
