I ordered a NO FLAME "Start up kit" online for $4.95 which was to cover s/h for the No Flame e cigarettes. I called the toll free number sent on my confirmation email to verify this fee would be the only charge. (I have three other toll free numbers, one from my original order-877-538-7565, the number from the company email confirmation-877-766-5306 and 8776473625 given by one of the representatives with whom I spoke. I was informed there was an additional $109.67 I would be charged as per the "terms & conditions", CANCELLATION AND REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY clause. The product costs are not clearly stated and the return policy is, conveniently 14 days from date of order, which is about the length of time it takes for the merchandise to be delivered.

It took three phone calls and a statement indicating I would be contacting my financial institution for which they were not to allow any additional monies to be deducted from my account. After stating this I was told there would be no additional charges made to my account and I need not return the nerchandise.

Although I was able to resolve this issue before the final payment was deducted, I want to make others aware of the practices of the company.
