I purchased a smart android tablet from them on 1/30/2012.  This is how they listed it on their webpage.  They gave no more information.  The purchase price was $141.00.  The did not list that the item would come from some unknown company in Bejing, China.  The brand on the box lists it as Imito.  It was a purchase for my granddaughter.  The item now will not charge and their is no way to get a replacement or to determine if something else is not causing it to work.

I contacted the company I bought it from on 4/8/2012 explaining that it no longer will work.  They inform me that they only have a 30 day return or exchange policy. When I wanted to address a letter to the CEO of the company they refuse to give out any information, indicating I can contact customer service.  This is the area I was already speaking to.  The reps name was Will.  When I asked for a supervisor, I was told they update the call to be expedited, but I had to hangup so the supervisor could call me back.

A woman named Gail called me back from a California phone number 925 557 4932.  She sounded as if she had a foreign accent of some kind, when I asked about it she told me she was not required to give that info out.  I asked about the name of the president or CEO of the company, and again I was asked that they were not required to give this info out.  I believe them to be a misleading company and their business practices seem very shady.  I was told I had to contact the company that made the tablet.  When I look the company's name up on the internet, there is just as much misleading information on them as there is on this company. 

I address the fact that they do not inform their consumers about where the items would be coming from or offer any information on their products.  I was informed that it is in their general answers and questions page that their items come from different companies and manufactures all over the globe.  I never saw this anywhere on their page.  I read it and I chose to order because many major US television programs have given them verbal endorsements on their shows. Now I'm stuck with an item that will not work and no way of getting it repaired.  They refuse to offer a refund or an exchange on this item.

I take exception to the comments left by I have an ongoing issue with them, and the email exchange is up to 12 emails on each side now. Their customer service can be rated as very poor. Their CSR's take no ownership of cases, and are quick to call a case resolved when it is not. I too would like the CEO contact information... But I think I will be hard pressed to get it.  I have never been ripped off by this company, and have successfully received credits and refunds, but getting answers to very simple questions is impossible!
