13. received shipping info with tracking no. on january 14.
attempted to start tracking package on the 16 of january, no info avalable.
comtacted no more rack on the 18th of january.received a email from dwight stating he would check in to it.never heard from him again. emailed again on the 21, got a response from angelo.same thing-he'll get back to me. called customer service,got the run around from them/. told them to cancel my order and refund my money. they refuse to. said they had a policy they had to follow.
lesson learned-shop amazon.at least they can be trusted. i doubt i'll ever have my sheets or money back
