Do NOT- give ANY money to this man- Thomas Davis!!

This man was suposidly "selling" me a car and was willing do allow me to make payments on it.  We talked multiple time for over 2 weeks trying to meet up and look at car and talk about it.

Well 1st excuse for not seeing said car was that he (being such a nice man-NOT- had put the car in the shop to have an oil leak fixed before even selling it to my husband and I .  So as time goes on we still talked about this then finally set up an appointment to meet.  He shows up in a very nice black truck- and we ask where the car was and he quickly said in the shop remember? And I can't drive 2 at the same time.

He me us at our residence talked for hours about his business how honest and great he was and on and on,  Then gave me his drivers licence to write everything down so we would feel comfortable to "Give him a good faith payment".  Claimed he would set it up w/his mechanic that had the car for us to pick it up bc he would be out of town going to Dallas, Texas to do a job.  Even giving us a name, phone number and place of business we would be getting it from.

Normally NEITHER me or my husband would have given him a dime before seeing the car!  But you had to be there to belive everything this man said and answers to every question we had to understand why we reluctantly agreed to giving him $60.00...

I had previously told him my husband and i were in a bind and was the reason for even asking someone to consider a multiple payment deal.  Even telling him the same week before we met that we did not have much money for the week but i thought we could possibly do at least $25.00 to either hold the car or whatever.  At that time he agreed and said oh, I understand! 

Well he understood alright!  He took our money and the day after on Sunday we were all excited b/c we did find his suposed business on the internet, the place and phone number were we were supposed to pick up car on and on.  Well we all know what went on from there.  He even kept up this game 2 days after us giving him our money.  Because that was when and only when I started doubting this jerk!

My husband and I really got excited b/c we said "who would talk for 2 weeks then 2 1/2 hours at our home for just $60.00) I can believe we were stupid but i promise to anyone who says= YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER- needed to be in our position over this.  Needless to say we haven't heard from him since but this is his cell phone/business number if anyone would like to tell him it's NOT ok to do this to people!!

It's a shame too as this was going to help my husband and I out SO much trying to travel back and forth to work in the only used car we have- knowing this is not going to be a good thing- we were seriously desperate for another car- in any condition.  Yet now that this has happened we both will NEVER trust another person close or not again!!!

We really didn't trust anyone before-but the way it happened we said- OK GOD - if this is meant to be we need to do it! Well we were stupid in trusting anyones word and will never agian allow ourselves to be in this position again!  Thanks Thomas Davis for doing this to us- i hope your drug addiction is worth it-  Only thing we said good about this man was that he sure did work hard for $60.00  Praying this will help someone to avoid this man.

Oh, BTW- We had pictures of this suposid car as well- mulitple pics! of the outside, none of the inside but as i said we are truly in need thus we didn't care what it looked like on the inside.... funny

And also we NEVER ask for anything from anyone, but was hoping for a break in life for a change!
