I used No1 Discount Tax Return Service in February, 2005. I no longer can access my return. I have my password and codes all written down in my tax file. They (No1) can't find it. There is no on-line support for this type of problem, no easy way to resolve it and they charge you for the phone calls and you can't be guaranteed the correct answer.
Since you enter your SS# and a code word you pick out, it should be simple, right? No. I printed my return out, and now that I need to amend it, I glanced at what I printed and all the critical information printed "off the page". I have no dollar figures at all.
Now it's impossible to file my amended return.

You can still amend your tax return, you should wait at least 2-3 weeks after your return was submitted to the IRS for it to post to the system and than call the IRS to obtain a copy of your 2005 tax return, you should also call the IRS CI line and report this software company as there has been a lot of complaints the number is 1-800-829-0433.
