Noah Auspitz Currently seeking an attorney for a defamation law suit. Any suggestions? Las Vegas Internet

    Noah Auspitz is a heartless indivdual to say the least. My girlfriend has been working as a dancer at Spearmint Rhino for 2 years. Wednesday morning my girlfriend came home from work venting to me as she always does. She was telling me she met a guy who was a VIP host and claimed he invented an IV for people with hangovers and that he was going to have an office inside of Spearmint Rhino soon. The person she was referring to was Noah Auspitz. She was telling me that he paid her but that he was annoying because he kept trying to have sex with her. He got upset because she refused and threatened to get her fired from the club. She left and didn't think anything of it because she's dealt with customers like that in the past.

Today when she went to work she was fired because Noah Auspitz went back to the club and claimed that she stole $500 out of his jacket. The managers claimed that they have her on camera taking money out of his jacket. Her reply was "I know you don't have me on camera taking anything from him because I didn't take anything from him, and he didn't even have a jacket on." The manager replied "Well, how did you know he didn't have a jacket on then" like that prooves that she stole something. Noah obviously has some sort of pull at the club. She asked them to show her the footage and he said "get a lawyer." Then threathened to call the police and have her taken to jail. She then said "If you have me on camera stealing then why isn't the police here already? because I didn't steal anything and you dont have me on camera doing anything." He proceed to not only fire her but had her 86 from the property. Practically embarrasing her for something that she didn't do. All because this Noah character was upset that she wouldn't sleep with him. It was a cowardess move because not only did that effect her but it affects my entire household. She did not know him by his full name. She only knew him by Noah and that he was a VIP host. I google "Noah VIP host Las Vegas" and sure enough his name was the 1st thing to pop up. I showed her his photo and she confirmed that it was him. This site caught my attention because I seen an article of another women making similar accusations about him trying to make sexual advances on her.

    He replied with a rebuttal in an attempt to discredit what she was saying. I'm here to tell you I believe her 110%. As a dancer it is normal for her to have people make sexual advances, it sucks but it come with the territory, but she wouldn't do it for all of the money in the world. She has had guys offer her upwards or 10k for sex and turned it down without thinking twice about it. She has a great heart and was trying to save so that she get in the business of flipping houses because she honestly hates dancing. For someone in his position to get her fired for a false allegation is wrong on so many levels.  I believe we have grounds for a defamation lawsuit. If you have any information please point me in the right direction.
