Yes I find it despicable that anyone would profit off of somebody's elses hard times- But, Cohen does this and he does this within the fully allowable extent of the law.
The question is are you upset with Cohen or upset with the laws that allow this.What type of relief from legal predators can you get?
One, if Cohen or any other lawyer acts unprofessionally you can contact the bar association. Two, you can
protect your assets by consulting a lawyer who will advise. Three, look at the Florida statues that allow for theses types of collections.
Cohen has made it his profession to be a collection attorney. If I did the same as Cohen I could not sleep at night- I wonder if he does.
But remember a the power of the internet --RIP OFF REPORT-I no longer see Cohen's website but only see rip off reports. GOOD JOB!
