Nobility Homes Promises not kept on repairing faulty home Ocala Florida

We purcashed our home from Prestige home center which is owned by Noblity Homes . We had many upgrades and the home was 80 thousand and with the lot improvements the total came to 112,000.oo not small change . the money was earned the old fashion way .Through hard work.
Upon delevery there wer many things not right ,but we assured that they would be taken care of .
It took 4 months to get our CO. We have had service out numerous times to address the problems ,each time they do not complete the repair properly and on a few occasions they have done damage. The house is less then a year old and I am turning in a service order once a week . I am hoping to get most repairs made befor the year is up.

In Aug of 2007 purple spots started to appear on the the vynil flooring in the kitchen and dining room (app 600 sq ft) ,it was brought to the service dept attention . In Oct I was told that a decision was made on the flooring and that Mr Trexle ( the president of Nobility ) was going to handle it . It is now Dec and after many ,many phone calls ,and messages left I still have not heard from him. I have even wrote him letters asking him if we can settle this . No answers.
Thier Prestiage sales people are liars. They promise you things and then they get fired and no one will help you.
The sevice tech are nice guys but know very little if anything about home repair.
The Factory people take no pride in their workmanship and Quality control is MIA.
Not only are the presiden's of the companies (both are owned by a Mr Trexle) liars their word means nothing and hold no vaule.
I would warn people that are looking at manufactured home to look far far from Nobility
