The attorney we hired to go after the shipper is an idiot. He tried billing us to research Carmak amandment. His best advise was to sue nolan in GA. Clear indicates he has not knowledge of transportation law.  We had to close our company due to him running our legal fee's over 28k. 

Do not deal wtih them. 

Nolan tries as hard as they can do do damage control. Please google thier reviews. Also Check out DAT Nolan revviews with 26 reviews from carriers receiving 17 one star. Also check Rip off reports from carriers that were scammed.

Nolan are scammers I was a shipper or consginee I woudl stay away from them as via carmack amandment carrier can pursue third parties for freight bill colleciton. Nolan relies on opurtinity costs for the carrier. They short pay each carrier from $800 - $1200 and our legal fee's would run $2500.00.

We have spend time in order to voice our expreriance with NOLAN. I personally know over 10 carriers that won't do business with these idiots.

NTG treats its carriers like a customer. We up hold the highest standards of services in the industry. We quickly remove carriers from our database that do not do the same. Columbus Freight Inc. (MC 772684) was contracted to deliver freight on 12/27/14. The load (NTG108098) showed up for delivery on 12/30/14. There were many attempts to reach CF throughout transit but they generally failed to communicate with NTG despite our efforts. Due to the lateness (3 days), inaccurate information, and limited communication their rate was reduced from 4900.00 to 4300.00. Invoice was received on 1-2-15, audited, and then paid on 3-19-15. NTG lost face with a valued customer due to this carriers negligence and failure to uphold standard expectations of service. This carrier has many negative reviews on industry posting sites which speaks to the credibility of their post on this thread. They also have a history with NTG of neglegance, damages, and poor service level. NTG treats its carriers like a customer. Furthermore, According to https://www.ansoniacreditdata.com NTG has 264 companies reporting with a risk score of 95 and http://www.transcredit.com/ reports a score of 98 with an average days to pay of 33. Nolan claims "Carrier’s insurance has denied for undisclosed reasons." 

WHAT WORLD ARE YOU LIVING IN? NO REASON.. The reason that shipper didn't package the product properly that's per our inurance reply.. A third party indicated that the shipper is at fault. NOLAN TRANSPORTATION wants to look good in their customers eyes but stealing from the carrier using illegal tectics look at 2001 verdict agains CH Robinson vs Paris & Sons. CH stopped doing that quickly. Till someone with bigger pockets to take them and win... 

Still Bad Compnay we are in litigation in order to correct our freight charges.

NTG are idiots, liars they didn't pay the frieght bill and thier stuipd attroney keeps emailing threatening. We will not stop till we collect our funds guaranteed.

LIARS claim was denied we are pressing charges agins the shipper for not packaging the product correctly. We will Prevail GUARANTEED.

They can post what ever they want I will advise other carrriers how to post their experience with Nolan Transporation Group, Inc. all over the internet I mean every possible blog till they close their doors.

Freight claim was filed with Columbus Freight in September for a September shipment. Carrier’s insurance has denied for undisclosed reasons. The carrier’s insurance company told us we must contact the carrier. The carrier will not disclose the reason when we asked them. The carrier does not deny the damages were their driver fault. They just state the driver is no longer with their company. Damagers are related to a in transit issue. We listed the carrier on our “do not load” list for failing to resolve the freight claim. NTG has offset the claim amount per our broker/carrier contract. NTG has made the claimant whole on this matter. NTG has paid out on all payables to the carrier that do not regard the claim.
