nomorerack brought over $500 worth of computer items, all were defectived and returned for refund. required tracking number, all given and acknowledged items received by company, then told no refund Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

this company will not issue refunds although you follow their procedure for obtaining a refund.  They state that items have to be return within 30 days, so if it was received by them before the 30 days, they will notify you after the 30th day and say you are no longer eligible for refund. 

This happened with christmas items returned but since they were brought during the thanksgiving weekend, they were not eligible for refunds after christmas because of the time limit.  If they are gifts how do you know they weren't working until opened by receipent.
