  On January 25 2014, I made a purchase of a pair of shoes well unfortunately the shoes were ordered in the wrong size, do I called customer care to see if I can return the shoe and order the correct size I was told it is a final sale with no refund, so I asked if I could return the shoe first then upon receiving the shoe they could in turn send out the correct size that I need. I was then told by a supervisor named JB that I have to keep the size that I have and if I want another size to just go back online and purchase the size that I need. What sense does that make that I keep a shoe that I can not do anything with but then turn around and buy the same shoe in another size. I will never buy anything else from them.
