Nomorerack Did not delivery product Internet

On December 1st I ordered an android tablet for my husbands birthday which was December 14th. I received an order confirmtaion and the money was deducted from my Paypal account instantly. Next day I received a shipped confirmation with a USPS tracking number. When I checked with USPS it says they have received electronic confirmation of the package but they have not yet received the package to be delivered. I have emailed nomorerack 3 times and they simply reply that USPS has received confirmation and that I need to wait until 21 days for shipment of my item. USPS still has not received the product and all I know is that I am out 149 dollars

Thank you for the response but I have emailed 3 times and also spoke to a live person on the customer service side. I was told on Friday that my issue was being escalated because neither the post office nor nomorerack.com knew were the package was and that the Manager would get beck to me by the end of the day on Friday after he investigated further with the post office. It is now Sunday and I have not recieved any answers from my escalated problem, not even a coutesy call letting me know they are working on the issue.
This is my first experience with this company and most likely my last as I can not get any information on my order. I am out $149 dollars and I am extremely displeased. Funny thing is in all emails I have received it says if I dont recieve my product within 21 days I will get a refund and a credit on my account. Like I would ever use that!!!
