nomorerack I order a MID 7" tablet and it would not turn off returned March 19, 2013 no refund yet, Internet

I order an 7 " andriod tablet for 72.00  back in March for a birthday gift for my 11 year old grand daughter.  Once I open it to see if it work it would not stop caliburating or turn off.  So I contact nomoreracks. They sent me return information to No More Rack 21 Dutch Mill Rd Ithaca, New York 14850. So as time as gone by with daily emails as April 19th approach I yet to hear from any one about a refund.  Same copy and pasted email about how customer service work around the clock to satifiy there customers.Please help with this matter.

Just an update after a month of emails daily I finally got a credit that I have to use with there website. Wish me GOOD LUCK I will never use this site again.
