I always thought the point of updating your billing and shipping address at check-out was to actually update your information. Not at nomorerack.com. According to one of the many not-so-great-customer service reps I spoke with, it doesn't matter if you put in new information at check-out, you have to update information saved on your profile before you order. So where does that information go?
I'm still trying to figure that out. I still can't process why my new shipping address never updated, my new billing address never updated, but somehow they managed to update my new credit card information. So now I have a charge on my account with nothing to show for.
All my items were sent to the wrong address and nomorerack says that it's my fault because I didn't update my information correctly or they don't listen when I try explaining that I updated my information at check-out. They put me on hold for extended periods of time, which I assume is an attempt to have me hang up so they don't have to deal with me, but it just infuriates me even more.
For a company that boasts about superior customer service, this is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. I have called and e-mail with many different reps and noone seems to care at all that I am upset. They tell me they cannot help me without any hesitation. They do not try to help me at all. They just read their script and push me off the phone.
All I wanted was for the items to be sent to my new address or to refund the amount I was charged.
