I ordered a pair of winter boots approximately 2 and 1/2 months ago I got a notice that the item had been shipped even had a tracking number which I could not access.  To date I have not received the product.  I also order a jacket I received that but it is too small made in China no wonder.  Have no way of returning or requesting a refund for product.

I rordered my grandaughter a pair of Ugg Boots about a month ago received email that they have been shipped also with a tracking number could not access it.  Today no Ugg boots.

I know I have been repipped of and this company needs to be shut down NOW......
