COMPANY STEALS YOUR MONEY. FRAUD. BAD PRODUCTS. We received a 9" MID M9000 TFT Capacitive Multi-Touch Panel Android Tablet PC on 2/23/13 from NoMoreRack in the mail via USPS. It was charged, worked that night, recharged and will not turn on again. NoMoreRack said they will not issue a refund and will charge us for shipping. COMPANY STEALS YOUR MONEY. WE ARE NOT DONE WITH THEM UNTIL REFUND ISSUED.

Customer Service is a joke!

We have had the same issue as this consumer. We purchased two 7" Mid tablets for Christmas they both did not work properly. We told customer service and they do resspond quickly, however they promise to give a refund but we still have not received the refund. We sent package back insured and return receipt and the customer service keeps telling us that they did not receive it and will not refund money. This package was delivered to Nomorerack 30 days ago and we are still fighting to get our refund. Not a good experience.
