I order my boots 11/28 they charged my account 11/29. I assumed the package was on its way. On 12/19 I had not received it, so I emailed them. They reassured me it was coming:-) .
After Xmas I called, they said I had cancelled it??? They would give me a store credit. I want my money back I don't want a store credit ,and never did get it & oh surprise! I find a tracking# for usps said it was shipped 1/5/13. Great I was finally getting it (wrong again it was never shipped) , it is 1/11/13 and I have requested my money back again. I am going to the bank next to see what I can do, what a scam I have learned a big lesson.
