nomorerack World Tech Toys Received remote control car without remote! Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Ordered electronic street car for a Christmas gift and did not receive remote.  This made the car useless.

Contacted nomorerack and World Tech Toys many times.  Worold Tech Toys, the manufacturer, has voice mail and does not return calls and email address is incorrect.  Nomorerack keeps saying they will contact vendor and then marks this as solved.  I don't consider it solved when we still can't use it!  Nomorerack offered a $10.00 credit toward thier site because this issue has taken so long but not sure if I want to take a chance again.

Needless to say my child is disappointed and I'm frustrated!
