NoMoreRack Took Ripoff Report to Get Money Back They Said They Would Include Shipping - Didn't Happen Ithaca, New York

NoMoreRack - Ordered a tablet - didn't work - contacted them, and they wouldn't give us our money back. We had it 1 WHOLE DAY!! We filed a complaint on Ripoff Report, and they sent our money back and then said to mail back the tablet and then to email them a copy of the shipping cost which they would return also. They are now saying they will not refund our shipping cost.

We've already done what you have requested by sending you all the information including a copy of the receipt of shipping via USPS and the order #. You lied about sending the cost of shipping back to us for the product that didn't work that you sold for an exorbitant amount of $. Keeping the cost of shipping that should be refunded ~ like you said it would be in the e-mails we have kept on file from you ~ is stealing.
